Smart play. I hit the same inflection point last month when my Claude stack could run client reporting three times straight without me touching it. The money's in knowing which workflows die if the agent hallucinates (skip those) versus which ones just need consistent formatting and basic QA gates. My rule now: if I can define success as "looks like last week's output," the agent owns it and I bill monthly.
