Hey Diego,
Your sales coordinator setup sounds solid. I run Claude Code + Codex in parallel too, with Guardian/Obsidian tracking who touched what. Biggest surprise? When both agents modify the same JSON artifact within minutes, Codex wins the race condition every time but Claude's version has better schema validation. Started routing all data transforms through Codex first, then Claude for the quality check. Saves me from debugging phantom overwrites at 11pm.
